Direct To Film transfer is a new alternative printing process. DTF allows you to print your artwork/design onto a film and it can be applied on cottons, polyester, or other varieties of light and dark fabrics. Through testing DTF transfers have been proven to be equal to, if not better than Direct to Garment (DTG) printing.

Direct to film transfers require a heavy medium pressure during pressing. We recommend that you have a commercial grade heat press. A home iron or Cricut Easy Press may not work.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Prepress your shirts to remove moisture for a few seconds.
  • Place the DTF Transfer on your shirt with a parchment paper on top of the film.
  • Press at 125 deg. Celsius for 20 seconds with heavy medium pressure.
  • Let the shirt cool down (Cold peel) before peeling the film.
  • Repress it again with parchment paper on top for another 20 seconds @ 125 deg. Celsius.
  • Shirts should not be washed within 24 hrs.
